Arsenal head for Everton in great form, but minus any left-backs. Arsenal are on a run of five clean sheets in a row. But Arsenal fans have hardly noticed, having inhabited a Walcott wonderland for the last few days.

And now he has been unveiled on the eve of the match it’s even more of a distraction, so we will have to hope that Wenger and the boys will keep their feet on the ground.

Arsene has taken the Premiership by storm with his three signings and shown there is life after Chelski, there are deals that can be done, of course they are not ready made certs, but they hold out interesting prospects. And to make sure they are all ready for the Premiership he has hired the Gooner’s favourite gargoyle, the man who made Van the Horse shyte his pants, to toughen them up.

Wenger has denied that Keown will play a Cato type role (a la Pink Panther) leaping out of the boot cupboard, when least expected, and wrestle players to the ground. But already he is practising crunch tackles on Diaby. Lets hope the new signings survive.

Where was I, oh yes mustn’t get distracted by transfers it's Everton blah blah. Well we should win, but Arsenal have hardly played that well away from home so far, and constant disruption to the defence doesn't help. It’s expected that Lauren will switch to left and Gilbert play on right. Bergkamp will be saved for Tuesday. Campbell is fit again which is good news as Kolo is away, and Cygan injured. Van Persie will also probably be kept back for Tuesday.

However with Freddy, Reyes, Henry and Pires are all fit there should be enough firepower, but we scored as many against Boro last week as we have away all season so far. So something has to change.
