It would seem there is good and bad news before Saturdays match with Everton. The good news is not so much a surprise, but alleged foolish behaviour by Ashley Cole has resulted in a nasty shock.

Cole has a thigh injury, apparently a reaction to playing for first time in a very long while.. Now we have the treble curse of the left full backs - not one available for Saturday. However news should be better on the Walcott saga - with rumours rife that he had a medical with Arsenal yesterday.

This morning's Guardian claims that Walcott is now a Gunners player. Although Chelsea offered more Walcott wants to play for a team that plays the beautiful game, and has a world class forward to score the goals.
