Stuttgart have just announced that they have rejected a formal offer from Arsenal for Hleb. The reason given is that the offer was not considered substantial enough.

They went on to say that Hleb has two options, either to stay at the club, or go to Arsenal(I suppose that's two options?).

In other words they want Arsenal to cough up more money.
