If you're a currently injured member of the first team squad, Arsenal are offering you an exclusive opportunity to personalise your treatment table. You could display your name, or the name of a loved one on your table. You can even request a message of your choice.

The table plaques offer up to 28 characters of text over two lines, with a maximum of 14 characters per line. They are available in solid silver, gold or platinum.

The Treatment Table Inscription Service is available for the loyal squad player who attend for treatment week-in week-out, and will hopefully make the club's treatment facilities feel even more like home than it already does. Don't delay, limp in and tell us how you want to personalise your table today!

Silver Table Plaques are available at a one off cost of Four thousand per table, with no seasonal charge. Gold and Platinum prices on request. However if you decide to change clubs mid treatment the fee is non-returnable.

What is a Treatment Table Inscription?
A Table Inscription is a plaque fixed to a Treatment Table. It allows you to personalise your table with up to 28 characters of text over 2 lines. (14 max per line)

Who can use the Table Inscription Service?
This service is exclusively for current first team squad members only.

Where on the table will the plaque be located?
The plaque will be fixed to the middle of the table so that your backside will keep it well polished as you get on and off it. This will save the club plaque cleaning costs.

When can I use the Table Inscription Service?
This service will be available from 4 pm Sunday 15 August 2010.

What can I have inscribed on my table plaque?
Any name, message or dedication you wish (as long as it is polite, and is not abusive about the medical staff Arsenal F.C. reserves the right to vet any messages). No defamatory remarks about refused transfer requests.

Can I purchase a plaque for other members?
Yes, we like to encourage team spirit, so you can purchase a plaque for another squad player, you will need their squad number. If you place an order on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you are validly authorised to act on behalf of, and bind to the Terms and Conditions, that third party.

How long will the plaque be on my table?
The plaque will be on your table for as long as you are under contract with Arsenal FC. In the unlikely event of a full recovery we regret there is no refund.

What happens if I move club?
In the event of a transfer, your plaque can be transferred to a new table for a nominal fee of a £1000.

What happens if I want to change my inscription once it has been installed?
Once a plaque has been installed, if the owner wishes to change the inscription a new plaque must be paid for in full.

Are the letters painted on to the plaques?
No, the letters are actually engraved into the plaques so that irate fans cannot graffiti over  them.

When will the plaques be fitted to the table?
We are committed to ensuring all plaques will be installed within 60 minutes of the original long term injury.

How do I pay for the plaque?
Online: With credit/debit card - MERCHANT BANK DRAFT, VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH, AMEX. Please note we do not accept roubles, petro dollars or any laundered currency.
