I really hate reviewing PSV – a team so boring to watch that watching Blackburn could be exciting by comparison (your kidding. Ed).

 

We all know what they are going to do, there will be 9 men behind the ball even when they attack. If we don’t win this match it will because of a lapse of concentration in Holland. So there will be little chance of a breakaway.

 

 Arsenal will have to be dynamic and cautious at the same time. Easier said than done, and I don’t really want to think about it. Just a word of advice to the idiots behind me, don’t shout shoot every time an Arsenal player is 50 yards out. Gomes will stop everything from 20 yards out, 30 yarders he has for breakfast. Arsenal will have to pass well, get him out of position and then shoot well. Gomes is a monster of a man, and an excellent goalie.

 

If I was religious I would pray for him to have a crap game. However God doesn’t work that way, so to create a crap game for him I would put laxative into his pre match lucozade and pray for forgiveness.

 

Fortunately the FA suspensions don’t count for the CL, so Adebayor and Toure will be available. Henry has been declared fit to play, we know he has been injured, and playing him will be a risk. Like Bergkamp, Henry finds it hard to play if he is not 100%. He is a finely tuned player, if he wasn’t he would not be the scorer of great goals that he is. So Wenger has a tough decision to make, get it right and Arsene is a hero, get it wrong and the rat pack (press) will crow. Good luck Arsene.

Those still on the injury list is Justin Hoyte (hamstring), Mathieu Flamini (foot), Emmanuel Eboue (ankle), Tomas Rosicky (groin) and Robin van Persie (foot).
