No.
Today it shows we are not championship materials yet - still work in progress.
Based on today performance, we are disjointed, lack of imagination to break-down 4-6-0, and still stupidly and blindly like lemmings going off a cliff driving int eh centre, trying to score the Beautiful Goal.
And still will not exploit the weakness in Fulham defence - accurate crosses from the flanks.
And we forgot how to shoot from outside the box.
2 good and 2 bad.
1st Good - we can crossed accurately from the flanks.
2nd Good - we re-discovered late runs from deep in midfield to score.
1st Bad - we forgot how to score from outside the box.
2nd bad - we forgot how to pass one-touch, one-two pass to break into the box.
Playing and not improving and not varying our tactical appraoch, we will get knock-out by Spuds in CC semi, Milan in CL Cup, Newcastel in FA Cup, and will be pretty lucky to hand onto 2nd in premeirship.
Apparently all that is wrong with arsenal in 2006/07 seasons are returning to this Arsenal team in 2008.
Arsene Wenger better do something pretty quick to straighten this team mentally now.
They are too complacency, too arrognance and not respecting the grit and fighting spirits of lower-half opponents too lightly for my liking.
FUlham game is s turnign point.
it shows we lack ruthlessness and lack respect for opponents when they decided to cruise at 2-0, forgetting previous bitter experience that one lucky goal to 2-1 will boost the opponent to no end sensing hope and will raise their game to draw and even win it.
it si sheer arrognance of thsi f**kign team that they refused to go in for the kill and finished off lowly opponent 3-0 before half-time.
I maintained, all of arsene Wenger's teams from now onwards will win f**k-all if he still does instil a killer isntinct into all those youngsters.
They will fall at te fnal hurdle and will prove Gerrard, Terry and Ferguson right after all.
That is, Arsene Wenger's teams never have the bottle to last the pace...
Fulham match is the turning point.
Team arsenal Mark 4 will win f**k all if they can't put a 4-6-0 deensive team to the sword by half-time.
Now, every team will fancy to grab at least a point at Emirates and have no fear of Arsenal.
Unlike with French Spine during their halycon days, all teams feared them and come to Highbury with one thing in their mind: "How to aviod defeat".
"How to aviod defeat" is completely difference from teams that come to Emirates believing they have a chance to grab a point.
Sorry fellas and fellettes, my conclusion after Fulham match si that we are lucky to hang onto 2nd spot let alone winning the premeirship.
Bye bye CL Cup - MIlan will knock us out easily in 2nd gear f thsi si teh kind of f**k-up performance dished upa gainst a lowly opponent 4-6-0; with Milan the master of Catecanccio.
Yes, a turning point where all signs are we will win f**k-up this season....
