Saliba is the best defender in the world. No one is close. You go to Anfield and you take a point no matter what anyone might say. Odegaard was superb, as were Saka, Rice and Gabriel.

Top for Christmas. Have a great Christmas everyone.

Raya 7 - Although, I think he could have done better with Salah goal he done everything else well and was very good coming for crosses.

White - 7 - Better defensively but made a few poor decisions.
Saliba 10 - Absolutely bossed every situation and was so calm. Best defender on the planet and MOTM.
Gabriel 9 - Great header for the goal and I thought he was immense. Might have got out to help Zinchenko if we're being picky.
Zinchenko 7 - Shouldn't have allowed Salah back inside but Salah has done that to far better defenders than Zinchenko. Kept his composure and played better as the game went on.

Odegaard- 8 Immense on the ball and always wanted the ball no matter the situation. No one can say he hid tonight.
Rice 8 - Covered every blade. He should have played Saka in on occasion though but choose the safe pass.
Havertz 7 - Not a threat but the amount of ground he covered was great.

Saka 8 - Dangerous but should have gone down for a pen. Was probably scared of a booking.
Jesus 6 - Worked hard again but he wasn't in the area when he could have scored a few from Saka's crosses.
Martinelli 7- Dangerous but wasteful. Thought he cluld have been dangerous as the game went on but Arteta always takes him off.

Trossard 4 - Poor. Wasted corners and the games passed him by.
Nketiah 6 Brought a lot of energy and ran his socks off without producing anything threatening.
