Viana Loaned Out

Newcastle Utd. have loaned out Portuguese midfielder Hugo Viana to Valencia for one season, with an option for a full transfer. The Spanish side needed to get a replacement for Edů, who suffered a long term injury. This way, Newcastle United found a new team for the 22-year-old player. Valencia will be able to buy the player when the season is over.

He will be Edů's replacement, since the former Arsenal player got injured and will miss the first semester of the season.

Hugo Viana will play with another former Newcastle player, Patrick Kluivert.
