Spurs target not for sale.

Despite being in financial difficulties, Borussia Dortmund have told Spurs that Czech international midfielder Tomas Rosicky is not for sale. Tottenham had made an approach for the player and it was widely expected with Dortmund’s difficulties, they would capture the player. But the Bundesliga club are determined to hang on to their highly rated midfielder with manager Hans-Joachim Watzke telling a German television station:

There are no plans for transfers in our current rebuilding process.”

"And we certainly don't have plans to sell Rosicky. He's in great form at the moment, and he's an asset to us at the Westfalen Stadium."
