Arsenal and Inter compete for want away star

As soon as fullback Massimo Oddo announced his intention to leave Lazio and talked of his troubles with the Roman club a host of clubs registered their interest among them Arsenal and Inter Milan, which the Italian press regard as Oddo’s two favoured destination. Yesterday his agent Federico Pastorello confirmed yesterday that Oddo will leave the Rome Lazio during the January transfer window.

"To me, it appears the relationship between Massimo and Lazio is over," stated Pastorello. "You can be sure that there will be a change of club in January. For as much as his own psychological well-being as anything."
