Kishishev (July 30, 1974), was the engine of Charlton's midfield during Curbishley's reign and he has now joined leeds on a month long loan deal .The right-sided Bulgaria international was signed from Litex Lovech in August 2000 and is equally at ease in defence or midfield and excels going forward. The Bulgarian’s versatility could not have come to use for Wise in a better time as he is having problems in the central midfield and right back positions. Kishishev is known for his brave midfield characteristics but he can also play right back, much to the delight of the Leeds fans.

Kishishev is expected to go straight into the squad for Saturday’s huge derby versus Sheffield Wednesday. He might even start the game at right back, filling in for the injured Armando Sa and thereby allowing Wise to solve his right wing problems with Frazer Richardson.
