All day yesterday, Chelsea players were gushing out their love for departed manager Carlo Ancelotti, sacked in dismal, contempible circumstances at Goodison Park on Sunday evening after Chelsea's NINTH league defeat of the season - a dismal ending to a disappointing season according to the board - finishing 2nd, disappointing?

The owner and the board should shoulder some of the blame as Carlo's downfall began when Ron Gourlay savagely sacked Ray Wilkins at half-time whilst Carlo and Wilkins were watching an afternoon reserve game.

Injuries to key players - Essien, Lampard, JT, etc etc, didn't help Carlo's cause but injuries are part and parcel and the nature of football, which suggests to me that the owner and the board, really haven't got a clue about what is going on at Cobham, whilst Carlo prepares the squad diligently for every game played this season.

Some of Carlo's decisions have been questionable, but his efforts in turning around Chelsea's League season when 5th place (at least) looked the minimum finish should be applauded.

It a shame that the 'love' wasn't apparent on the pitch during the last three games of the season.

Two defeats, one draw was to be honest rubbish, poor, apathetic, shameful and not befitting a man who created Chelsea history by winnng the Double in his first season.

When Ancelotti left the pitch at the final whistle on Sunday, he looked broken. A shake of David Moyes hand and then he disappeared down the tunnel to be seen no more.

What Chelsea did next just lacked class (the club reached new depths aka West Ham), sacking the man in an empty changing room moments before the players boarded the coach to return home to their millionaire pile mansions.

Abramovich and the board need to relieve their obsession with winning the 'Corrupt Cup', Champions League or whatever you want to call it.

The club needs stability and continuity in order to improve, progress, develop and evolve.

The club won't acheive those targets if they continue to dismantle heads from shoulders every two years, otherwise Chelsea Football Club will become a club that no-one will want to manage.

Per.... lease!

There's no worthy coach for Chelski except the man himself - ROMAN ABRAHIMOVICH.

The Golden Gus would be stupid to even contemplate managing Chelski full time.

Chelski is un-manageable with a boss who fire coaches when they are not his flavor.

Why is he in such a hurry to win the Champions League without letting the manager time to build the team?

Is he going to die soon or what?
