Chelsea 4-1 Spartak: Branny Slammy Double.... Suits You Sir
Three In Two?!?!

Eight games at Stamford Bridge so far producing thirty goals in all competitions, of which Chelsea have scored twenty-five of them, Spartak got one of the other five and the main beneficiary of last night's goals was the Matthew Harding Stand who were close enough to see a Branny double, Nic's sublime effort and Did's penalty - JT certainly enjoyed that one.
JT was rested, Super Frank still injured (and doubtful for Liverpool on Sunday) and looking very uncomfortable in the TV studio, Chelsea eventuallty cruised to an expected last 16 place in this season's 'Corrupt Cup' and for Chelsea's 2nd goal - we got a penalty, 2nd one this 'Corrupt Cup' campaign.
Cough, cough... Will Chelsea get a penalty in the knockout stages? Remember Inter last season, we didn't.
Barcelona at The Bridge - HAHAHAH!!!! May 2009.
I do admire 'Anco's' optimism, I hope he thinks that snail face and his suits (who I refuse to line their silk trouser pockets), think the same way.
Still to come are MSK Zilina at Stamford Bridge in three weeks time and then Didier returns to his former club Marseille, who he has been linked to many-a- time by the more than bored 'gutter snipe press.'
Top of the League(s)... WE ARE HAVING A LAUGH!!
NEXT UP: HAMSTRUNG JOE COLE at Anfield Sunday 7/11/10 @ 4.00pm
Chelsea: Cech, Ferreira, Alex, Ivanovic, A Cole, Ramires, Mikel (McEachran 68), Zhirkov, Kalou, Drogba (c), (Sturridge 75), Anelka (Kakuta 75)
You´re quite right of course - we know its a tainted, corrupt competition where anxious sponsors with their huge financial contribution practically dictate to UEFA who then no doubt "express their wishes" to the refs committee.
Ovrebo was demoted and out of favour for some time after a controversial cock-up in a previous match - then, strangely, he gets awarded a top tie semi-final between ourselves and Barcelona. They (UEFA) may not have passed on "instructions" BUT he damn well knew what result and final the sponsors and UEFA wanted to see and he knew he was "beholden" to them!
Then the hypocrosiy of many sections of the media and oppo fans - years spouting off against the "devils spawn" Chelsea and whilst they all uphold the corinthian spirit, fairness in football...yet they knew they had witnessed one of (if not THE) most disgraceful fixed matches in European football history...and what was their reaction? JUBILATION! NO sadness about how european football has become corrupt and false! NOTHING about how their own supposed standards in football were tossed to one side in a major match! If any match proves the falseness of their own self-rightous protestations and their consequent reaction afterwards then that was it. THEY SICKEN ME!
Anyway...
My own "philosophy" re Corrupt Cup is to win the bloody thing DESPITE all the extra obstacles that invairably get put in our way. Win it! There are some of our players that are aching for it - even if it´s just for them I´d like to see us win it. Bragging rights down the pub are of course very satisfying but to win it and frustrate snail head and his corrupt, snouts-in-the-trough cronies as well as sticking a big one up where the sun don´t shine to all the hypocrites that bleat on and on about how their own fans and clubs are so honourable would be excellent!
"It is born out of hypocrisy and fundamental insecurity. There have been two kids on the block for the past 12 years. Suddenly, there is a third and that one is threatening to be more successful than the others and they don’t like it." P Kenyon.

Very ordinary first half - superb 2nd half perfomance.
Carlo is making us into something very special (excuse the pun!).

I made one myself, admittedly not my best work. What you need to do is make sure there's not too many frames, otherwise the GIF size is too big and it takes a while to load and makes reading posts a nuisance as it freezes a bit - no doubt all that went right over your head and you didnt understand a word of it
On mine you can clearly see TH 1-4 Ars instead of Spa 3-1 Che like yours
