Danny Hollands Chelsea's Reserve team Captain has gone off for a month on loan to join League Two strugglers Torquay United who are Soccer A.M.s blonde gorgeous bombshell Helen Chamberlain's local team.
Local to the extent that when Torquay are at home, Helen has to drive for 3 hours to catch the kick-off straight after her Saturday morning show that she co-presents with Chelsea fan Tim 'Lovejoy' Lovejoy. Good Luck Helen, Danny should do you proud!!!! Hollands was in action for the Reserves on Monday night scoring two screaming volleys in Chelsea's 6-0 drubbing of Coventry Reserves at The Rec, Aldershot Town FC. Not only can Hollands score goals, he plays the Captain's part. Similiar to that of JT who as we know, wears his heart on the Blue shirt of the reigning Champions and Champions elect of the 2005/06 season. Hollands is 20 years old and has been a professional for two years. Obviously the club see him as a prospect for the future and may have ear-marked him for a 1st team debut once his loan ends and once the title has been confirmed to return to Stamford Bridge. I hope that Hollands has more success than Anthony Grant who went to Oldham recently, (illness prevented him making more appearances than he did) my spy in the North West said that in the game that Granty played, he was well received by the 'real' Latics fans and they liked what they saw. What the real 'Latics' fans don't like is manager Ronnie Moore. But that is for another day. COME ON DANNY COME ON HELEN COME ON TORQUAY!!!!! 40 YEARS A BLUE COME ON CHELSEA!
