William Gallas, Chelsea's first goalscorer in the 2-0 win over the Paella man's Liverpool yesterday at The Bridge, exclaimed how happy he was to be playing in any position that he is asked to.

Whether the position is left-back, centre-back, right-back or centre-forward Gallas said, "I am happy. I am really happy to play right-back, left-back or centre-back. I take pleasure to play, I don’t mind where and today I score my goal so I am happy for the team."

Anybody see the 'Blue-Haired' Chelsea mascot give 'Ickle' Stevie Gerrard a 'Lovejoy' before the teams came out at Stamford Bridge yesterday? If you haven't seen it yet just make sure you tune into this Saturday's Soccer AM, with the delectable Helen Chamberlain and Lovejoy himself. It is hilarious!!!

The third Chelsea fans forum was held yesterday prior to the Liverpool game and the whole agenda of the meeting was dedicated to tickets. Match tickets, ticketing in general, loyalty, concessions, online bookings etc, etc, etc.

I can report (subject to confirmation) that ticket prices for the 2006/2007 season will be subject to a 3% increase on current tariffs and it may signal the end for this fan, to say adieu and adidios to attending home matches at Stamford Bridge. I have got quite used to it now.

Can't afford any extra games than my season ticket, only every now an again, but if my season ticket rises by 3%, times that by two, plus rail fares and all the other expenses that go with attending football matches - then its time to say bye bye Chelsea and thank you for the last two years..... oh and of course the heartbreak and laughs of the previous thirty-eight. As I say this is all subject to confirmation.

Tomorrow there will be live coverage on the message board of the fundraising game at Macclesfield's Moss Rose ground from 7.30pm when an All-Stars Eleven take on Macclesfield Town to help raise much needed funds to stop the extinction of Macclesfield Town F.C.

Stars confirmed to take part - Gianfranco Zola, Gus Poyet, Graeme Le Saux, David Speedie, Mark Hughes and Kevin Hitchcock. The game at Moss Rose is a sell-out, but Chelsea TV are showing the game live with coverage starting from 7.30pm. Among your hosts is another Chelsea Legend, Kerry Dixon.
