John Terry spoke out yesterday on the eve of today's game with Tottenham at White Hart Lane. His simple message to all the snipers and critics was TOUGH!
Super JT also reckons that in five years time there will be a Chelsea team full of home-grown talent that could be called The New Real Madrid.
24 year old Terry said 'There's no bigger Chelsea fan than me (JT I beg to differ LOL), so the title is the one I want more than anything. Give me that and I will die happy.' JT give me the title and I will die a happy man too!! He added, ' As for all this stuff about Chelsea buying the Premiership and how unfair it all is - rubbish. What people don't see is all the hard work we put in at training day in, day out to make sure we achieve what every Chelsea supporter has been dreaming about for the last 50 years.' JT went on to say 'Can you imagine what its been like for them for all those years? Especially when we've gone so close recently. You can spend as much money as you like but that still can't guarantee yuou success. Yet every week we are going out and performing. And when we are not playing well, we are grinding out results and battling.' Moving onto how much money has been spent and in particluar Man Utd, he said ' Yes, we're fortunate that Roman Abramovich has come in to enable us to build a bigger and better squad.' (Just think Mr Abramovich could have bought Tottenham, if it wasn't for London Airspace) 'I didn't hear people kicking up a fuss and saying how unfair it was when Manchester United signed Ferdinand and Rooney for £30 million each. And what about Real Madrid?' Yes JT you go!! Talking about Claudio Ranieri JT said, 'We spent a lot of money under Claudio Ranieri but because it didn't work out, nothing was said. Now because Jose Mourinho has taken us on to a new level, people are moaning. There's no bigger patriot than me and yes, we do have a lot of foreign players.' (Note: No more than any other club) ' But, if you look at this club in five or ten years time we will be providing a whole load of home grown players for England.' JT you want to say what every Chelsea supporter is saying. They are all JEALOUS. But you are in enough trouble as it is, backing JM to the hilt on JMs remarks about the refs performance the other night against Man Utd. Whether opposition fans or the establishment loves him or loathes him, JM is here to stay. He says what he means (stuffs the consequences) and means what he says and personally I just cannot wait for the opportunity for JM to stick two fingers up and say 'Stick those where the sun don't shine.' From a personal point of view. Maybe Chelsea are trying to buy success and maybe Chelsea are not. But do I care? NO. Not one little bit! JMs record so far, speaks for itself. Take a look and weep!!
