Patience, Perserverance, PAYS OFF

Jose Mourinho said after the Spurs game, that Tottenham 'parked' their team bus in the penalty area and that is the reason why Chelsea failed to score. This week, away against the Boro', Boro tried the same tactics which was extremely surprising considering Boro was the home team. But on this occasion the 'bus' got a flat tyre.

A Didier Drogba strike from a Frank Lampard free-kick, played across the penalty area nine minutes from time, was no more than Chelsea deserved. You can argue all you like about the game or Boro's performance or even Chelsea's, but the Opta Stats don't lie and they prove that out of Boro's ten attempts at goal NONE, I mean NONE were on target. Chelsea had 18 and ten of those were on target. One day and I am sure that day will come soon, the goals will start to flow and more than one team will certainly catch a cold if not flu or pneumonia.
