Carlo Signs for Tottingham CONFIRMED

The news that all Chelsea fans were hoping would not come true - HAS!! The second best goalkeeper in the Premiership has signed for Tottingham on an eighteen month deal and for his services and loyalty to Chelsea, Chelsea granted Carlo a free transfer. Carlo thanks for all you have done for Chelsea and especially for the 100+ clean sheets. We will miss you!!

 

There will be more about Carlo in the coming days and news of a loan signing that Chelsea have reportedly made today, to replace Carlo.

Sad that it turned out to be true - the Mail and the NOTW were far too specific for my liking.

It can only mean there is a replacement on the way.

I can totally understand the move - although the timing and to who it is makes it difficult to swallow.

Reports in the Italy suggest that Chelsea are lining up a bid for Fiorentina goalkeeper Marco Storari as a replacement for Carlo Cudicini, who joined Tottenham earlier today.
