Point Proved Against Plymouth

Centre Half

By Mill House
February 20 2017

Pools can get out of trouble. Indeed the point won agaisnt high flying Plymouth could well prove to be the turning point as Dave Jones asserts himself on the squad ..

He's now getting to know his players and moving Brad Walker to centre half may prove inspired - although we may miss his goals at the the other end.

Albion could not have complained if we had got three points. However, Rhy Oates's 37 minute goal after Nathan Thomas's effort was stopped never quite looked like being enough. The equaliser was one of those sucker punches - a great individual effort which curled into the top corner.

But there was enough on display to show we can - and must - climb the league.

We can complain if you refer to us as Albion, though.
