Ronnie Moore has his goalkeeper for next season . Experienced six footer Trevor Carson joins from relegated Cheltenham Town - he was on the bench for Northern Ireland in their draw with Romania last weekend.

Carosn began his career as a youth at Sunderland and has family in the area so he says it's a perfect move for him. He is Ronnie Moore's sixth signing of a heartening close season.

Meanwhile, we have been given a tough game in the first round of the Capital Cup with a trip to League One Fleetwood Town in the week beginning August 10th.
