With more than 40 players to review this season, we will start with the player whom many consider to have been the worst of the lot. Khano Smith played six times for City in the autumn and it quickly became apparant why no-one else had taken him on.

Smith initially joined as a trialist when Simon Clark was in charge of the side, eventually becoming one of Chris Sutton's first signings.

The midfielder had played most of his career in America and he had compiled a Youtube video for his "skills" and they showed him to be a similar type of player to Dany N'Guessan.....by that I mean it showed him to rarely pass the ball and often waste it.

He eventually made his debut against Torquay United and he just kept falling over time and time again. It didn't really get any better and his final appearance came against Northwich Victoria in the FA Cup. It said it all that he struggled against a team two divisions below Lincoln.

He was subsequently released and has since resigned for New York Revolution on March 26th, he has made 3 appearances since returning there.

After watching him for 20 mins at Northwich, I had to ask an elderly lady nearby if she had a needle and thread in her handbag that I could borrow, because my sides had split (Sm22)

Very well summed up - he was awful against Northwich and although I thought he showed flashes of quality on his debut, he was never the type to do well in the 3rd division. Still think Pulis was much worse though!
