Yeovil Town loanee Antonio German feels the familiar faces of Max Ehmer and Danny Fitzsimons have helped in settle in at Huish Park. 

German has joined the Glovers for the remainder of the season and speaking to the Kilburn Times the striker spoke of the advantages of having some familiar faces:

"It’s always good to have another player you know and Max is doing really well for Yeovil. They had four clean sheets in his first four games and he’s starting most weeks. This is a good club to come to – the place is quite relaxed and the 
team spirit’s very good even though unfortunately we’ve been in the relegation zone. But it’s good to be playing for something. Everyone here is 100 per cent focused on staying up. I think it also helps when you know you’re staying for a few months – you get used to how the team play and you feel part of the team rather than just a loanee." 

The QPR youth coach is ex-Yeovil player Marc Bircham, and German states that the ec-Glover was vital in the deal going through after Terry Skiverton was impressed with German in a couple of reserve matches:

"The Yeovil manager watched me in friendlies against Tottenham and Charlton, he spoke to Birchy afterwards and said he really liked me. I’m enjoying myself down here and the manager said he wants to ease me into the team, so I have to be patient. I’m waiting for my opportunity and then I have to grab it with both hands. If I can get a few games under my belt and score a few goals, then I hope I can get the attention of (QPR Manager) Neil Warnock, that’s my main goal. I feel he knows what’s best for me."
