Yeovil striker Dean Bowditch has given his thoughts on Saturday's game which saw the Glovers surrender a 3-1 lead, with the mixed emotions of getting on the score sheet twice.

Bowditch managed to get onto the score sheet twice, but described how his day had been overshadowed by the late Robins comeback: 

"If the game had been five minutes shorter we would have ended up all right, I'm glad to get on the score sheet but disappointed we couldn't see the game out. The lads are disappointed with themselves really." 

Manager Terry Skiverton made a bold substitution after just 36 minutes on Saturday, introducing Sam Williams to play alongside Bowditch upfront, a change which seemed to suit Bowditch:

"The plan we had going into the game wasn't quite working and we weren't sharp enough all over the pitch, we weren't getting the ball slid in behind for myself or getting the ball in good areas for Gavin (Williams). When Sam (Williams) came on it just added a different dynamic to the game and we played very well."

On a slightly more humorous note, Bowditch chatted about the experience of playing in a team with his assistant manager and goalkeeping coach:

"You don't want to shout at them do you (Jones and Roberts) I won't play next week! No they came in, and Ben when he trains is brilliant and it was unlucky for him to concede two goals late on. And Jonesy did very well he put me in a couple of times."

"We've got injuries but we've just got to gel as a team and get on with it."
