Fans Favourite Stansfield faces operation

Yeovil Town fans favourite Adam Stansfield has been diagnosed with bowel cancer.

The striker has missed Exeter City's last few games after complaining about stomach pains. And was sent for tests at hospital.

The striker was then told the news after tests and will have an operation Friday week.

Reports say the Adam is 'positive' and the cancer is localised.

We all wish the best of luck to Adam and pass on our best wishes to his family.
