Walsall Get the World's Best named Player!

A Wycombe Wanderer's Unofficial Site is reporting that we have signed the player with the best name in football, striker Jermaine McSporran. Wycombe's leading scorer again this season, McSporran is 27 and has been talked about as a likely success at a higher level for some time now, without anyone taking a risk on him.

The story is that this is more of an extended full time trial, in that the player is out of contract in the summer, but has been allowed to join us until the end of the season, on the understanding that he can return to Wycombe if it doesn't work out.
