The findings of the Football Fans Census are interesting. Are we one of the most liked clubs in the country. Or a club that no one really cares about.

Back in December the Football Fans Census undertook a survey of 2800 football fans. The topic was football rivalries. Our fans voted for the Wolves. 

Man United topped the rivals league, with Arsenal, Bolton, Leeds, Liverpool and Man City all considering them to be there main rivals, while Newcastle and Everton fans classified them as there second main rivals. Burnley were ranked second, Leeds third, Chelsea fourth, Sheffield Wednesday fifth, Bolton sixth, Sheffield United 7th, Millwall eighth, Wolves 9th and Bristol City 10th. 

Walsall and Albion named Wolves as there biggest rival, while Norwich said they were their second biggest.

All fans were asked to name their clubs 3 biggest rivals. Walsall fans said Wolves first, Albion second and Stoke third. The only vote we received was from Port Vale who ranked us behind Stoke City and Port Vale. This one vote meant we came in joint second last in the Rivals league table.

None of the other big midland clubs gave us a thought. Quite why the Vale see us as a rival is a bit bemusing. They wouldn't come in most Walsall fans top 5. Can we say other fans quite like us. Or are we just one of those clubs people just don't really care about
