The Merson saga drags on.

  • According to Lee, Merson has told Hart he is only going to Walsall and wants to play for Lee.
  • Lee is willing to wait as long as it takes.
  • Redknapp and Mandaric have been quiet on the issue.
  • There is no news on Pompey paying a big part of his wages.

Things have been a lot quieter on the Merson front today, but we now know why Paul Hart rubbished Forests chances of signing Merson over the weekend. We await further developments....
