If our players could play as well as certain sections of our fans can moan, we would be guaranteed promotion this season.

There isn't a supporter connected with the club that is not distraught at the current situation - even those based near Northampton want us back in Coventry - but some people seem to be whining for the sake of whining now.

People have moaned for years that Joy Seppala didn't speak, then they moaned when she finally did. They also moaned that what she said was predictable. What did they actually expect her to say/reveal?

They moaned that Les Reid didn't grill her to within an inch of her life during the recent interview. Great idea, giving her the chance to walk away - a la Mourinho - with barely a word said if she didn't like the questions?

For the record, her words helped change the stance of one or two on the 'Very Anti-SISU' side of the fence to nearer sitting on it! (Or maybe they're just growing weary of the pointless bickering, as it achieves nothing).

The anti-SISU (Otium!) brigade moaned SISU would sell their grandma for fifty pence before the transfer window ended, which was followed by silence when all our entire squad were still here when it closed.

You could almost feel the disappointment that Christie, Clarke, Wilson, et al., never left, and the pre-written scripts had to be binned.

If JS is to be believed, SISU aren't planning to go away, whether or not they are starved of supporter’s money. The millions it will cost to keep Coventry City afloat for a few years is probably small beans in their world.

The rewards for success, should we ever actually have any, will more than likely justify SISU's outlay.

I can't help but think there's a picture of Mike Ashley at SISU HQ, as he was in a similar situation a few years ago (Albeit that he didn't move Newcastle out of Newcastle!), but his bad years seem to have been all but forgotten.

I doubt SISU will leave if/when (As has been rumoured) 'fans' invade the pitch versus Sheffield United, in front of the TV cameras, either. So what's the point?

Leave the players to play without interruption, let those that want to attend Sixfields do so without pathetic insults, and let those that want to protest and campaign do so too.

Words such as 'traitor' and 'scab' for those that attend matches are pathetic, as is being called a ‘SISU apologist’ for anybody that can see there are two sides to this nonsense.

It's not worth bothering to argue with the 101% anti-SISU brigade anymore, with some keyboard warriors/internet trolls helping to close one message board down, as certain people have clearly lost the ability to reasonably debate/argue.

Well done to those involved.

If the current owners really are here for the foreseeable future, now would seem like a good time to decide whether to support 'your' club, or turn your back on it completely. Other clubs have come back stronger from moving away for a while, and so can Coventry City.

One thing that might encourage a few people to decide is proof a new ground will be built (Not particularly believing it either), by revealing the site, and actually laying the first brick or two. The deadline for the first of those two comments has massively expired....

On the pitch, the speed that the points deduction was over-turned would have been impressive from a side with promotion in mind, for a side expected by some to do absolutely nothing, even more so. Hats off to the (Mainly) youngsters.

The wheels have come off the 'Sky Blue Juggernaut' in recent matches (As the moaners have been quick to let people know), and, with opponents using spoiling tactics to stifle our play, Steven Pressley needs to come up with a 'Plan B' very quickly.

One thing is for sure, when Jimmy Hill's vision for the club was taking shape, I bet he would never have imagined it would come to this decades later.
