Four Games, Two Wins, Two Defeats...

It's far to early to claim the wheels have come off the bus, but they're certainly loose.

The season started so brightly, with an emphatic, throroughly professional, 3-0 win versus Notts County. Into the bargain was a cracking Jodi Jones hat-trick.

This was followed up by a decent 2-0 victory away at Grimsby, which included a comedy goal, in part, thanks to former Coventry City player Nathan Clarke (Lest we forget!).

The second home league game of the season saw the visit of Newport, which included a dismal, awful passing display from Coventry City. Just woeful.

A trip to Yeovil, fourteen goals conceded in three league games, was exactly the sort of possible confidence boosting fixture needed, though again, Coventry City failed to turn up, and were defeated 2-0.

The two defeats came about, in part, due to goalkeeping errors, which should see a change between the posts some time soon. The lack of goals should see others given their chance too.

The transfer window shuts this week. Here's hoping there's a slight shake-up of personnel....
