Eight of the players on Steven Pressley's 'Not Wanted!' list have now found new homes, with one given a second chance, and another having talks with another club.

Cody McDonald : Scored goals for fun while on loan at Gillingham from Norwich, looked like a rabbit in the headlights when wearing the Sky Blue of Coventry City. Either this means half-a-dozen different CCFC manager’s tactics didn’t suit him, or he’s found his level in League Two (Which is a shame if true, as he’s back with Gillingham, and playing in League one). His 2012/13 record read: Played 12 (Plus 12 as a sub), scored 4 goals – not the worst goals-to-games ratio of any Coventry City striker (Though his over-all CCFC record of: played 28, plus 19 as a substitute, scoring seven goals isn’t so impressive).

David Bell : More than capable of running the show in League One, but spent most of last season on the treatment table (To the point where some supporters didn’t realise he was still at the club). His 2012/13 record read: Played 2 (Plus 5 as a sub), scored 0, with his overall record reading: played 73, plus 25 as a substitute, scoring 6 goals. The highlight of his time at Coventry City was his Beckham-esque goal from the half-way line (Against the same keeper). Signed for Notts County, where he’s made one substitute appearance so far.

Chris Dunn : Looked okay the first few times he was called upon in his first season, but far worse in the second. Blamed by many for the 0-3 defeat versus Crewe in the JPT regional final, which deprived CCFC of a trip to Wembley. Made six appearances for Coventry City, slightly bizzarely, three of them as a substitute! (Three wins, one draw, two defeats). Gone up a division by signing for Yeovil!

William Edjenguele : Made Mo Konjic look like Linford Christie in the sprinting stakes, though was very popular with supporters (His departure will more than likely result in a temporary reduction in his Twitter followers!). Signed for Bury, where he will join up with former team-mate Nathan Cameron. CCFC record: played 37 (Plus three as a sub), scored 1 goal.

Of the other four, Jordan Clarke earned a reprieve, Kevin Malaga is in talks with another club, leaving only Steven Jennings and Gary McSheffrey (Who has now been in two 'Bomb Squads' in his two stints with Coventry City).
