For the few seconds I did manage to connect, around the time we went a goal down, I was made aware via message boards our season was already over. 

I know we as Coventry City supporters are success starved, so negativity comes easily, but some of the comments being made were ridiculous. 

To come back twice (Undeservedly, according to some that made the journey), then throw a point away in injury time was hugely disappointing, and led to the usual 'typical City, nothing changes' comments. 

We're still only three points off the top spot, so I'm not giving up hope of promotion yet, even if losing to Bradford means we can only go up via the play-offs. 

Mark Robins helped to slightlyease the pain of our opening day defeat, losing his job after only one game of the season - undone, in part, by Callum Wilson. 

To those that rate Steven Pressley, this could come back to bite Coventry City on the backside, as Huddersfield are rumoured to be interested in pinching a second manager off us! 

I was as gutted as anybody when Wilson was sold, but doubt any team in our division would turn down £3 million for a player that had enjoyed one decent season. 

I also don't doubt that he will have a quality season for Bournemouth (Two goals in his first game would seemingly support this), but it still represents good business. 

Anybody that thinks any of Wilson, Christie, and Moussa (Amongst others) were ever going to stay are only kidding themselves. All went up a division, as would 99% of players offered the chance. 

Theirreplacements were greeted with the usual 'it's all loans and freebies' line, which can now be crossed off the football bingo cliché card. I'm pleased with the clubs dealings in the transfer market this summer. 

I would like to have seen Sanchez or Rodriguez come to The Ricoh/Sixfields, but, sadly, Arsenal and Real Madrid offered them a few pence more than we could manage. 

In their absence, Johnson (A cult hero in waiting!), Pugh, Tudgay, et al., give the side a more solid look than last season. Reading the message boards of a fair few of the sides they left, they will be missed! 

According to one or two messages on the boards though, our current squad currently isn't good enough to stay in the Championship. I'll worry about that when we get there! 

Another well supported march over the summer has reminded those that need reminding that we want our team back in Coventry, as if it needed doing. 

There surely comes a point when court case's have to stop(How many appeals before somebody admits defeat?!), and the stupidity ends? Nobody is 'winning' while the team are in Northampton, as both sides are losing money. 

And some people are denied the chance of ever watching their team play again. R.I.P. to them....
