Merson Back, New Faces?

The official site is reporting Merson may be back within the next couple of weeks and also that reinforcements could be on the way. The official site is reporting that Paul Merson is making good progress and may even be back within the next two weeks.

The reports say he has made excellent progresss and that, as fitness is part of the treatment programme and he is naturally fit anyway, he could be ready to play again soon.

There is also a hint that the club are hoping to make a signing next week. This is, presumably, not Boucaud, as he has been asked to extend his trial and play again for the reserves, although the report does say that we are in negotiations with the young Reading midfielder.
