Fabregas scores!

It took a sending off to tip the balance in Chelsea's favour but nevertheless a re-jigged Chelsea can pat themselves on the back after coming back from two goals down to score the next four goals in the match. In an end to end contest, the visitors could count themselves more than a little fortunate to be only one goal in arrears after the first 45 minutes had elapsed. Then they rescued themselves further courtesy of a fine effort from Azpilicueta.

It then took extra time to separate the two protagonists, as two more Spaniards dominated proceedings. Whilst Costa was proving to be too hot to handle, it was Cesc Fabregas who provided the two decisive goals which launched his team into the last sixteen and an appointment with little West Ham United.

Whilst it was a great result in the end, Chelsea simply cannot keep shipping two goals in each and every fixture. I'm afraid that I really can't see Arsenic allowing us to bounce back from a two goals deficit this Saturday.
