Kenedy Scores!

The champions of England have now recorded their third consecutive Premiership victory and their second successive two-one away win in a few days. As a consequence, the Blues have ascended to the dizzying altitude of eighth position in the charts. Unlike their narrow win at Southampton, Chelsea scored twice in the first half and helped themselves to a comfortable half time cushion. However the Canaries fought back strongly but only had one goal midway through the second half to show for their determined resistance.

Relegation worries have now long since been relegated, though the same cannot be said for the hapless hosts. This victory also represented our second double of the season, having recently taken care of hyped Arsenil for a second time too. The triumph was a vindication of Hiddink's decision to tinker with his starting eleven by resting Mikel and the overworked Willian and starting with young prodigies, Kenedy and Traore. In the event, the latter provided the goal assist for our contentious second whilst the Brazilian left back promptly scored the opener inside forty seconds of the kick off, thereby earning himself not only his first Premiership goal of his career but also the fastest Premiership goal of the season!

Now, let us see if we can take the momentum of our recent successes into our next crucial fixtures, namely a revenge mission at home to Stoke City, a massive European assignment at home to Paris Saint-Germain, and the small matter of an FA Cup visit to Evercrap a week on Saturday. Bring them on!
