David Loser Moyes

It is such a terrible tragedy to hear of the sacking by ManUre of David Moyes. David was doing a grand job, and he will be missed by many supporters (of other clubs). Which inspired choice does Sir Alex have in store for us now? Grumpy Giggs? Jürgen Flop? Well, after years of scoffing at Chelsea for ditching managers, one word springs to mind: Hypocrisy!

The reality check for most soccer supporters now is that foreign owners do not have the patience to afford their managers a lengthy time to get their job right. This has been the case at Stamford Bridge for the last decade, and yet the ignorant, naive supporters of other teams scorned Chelsea for their revolving door of team managers. However it is now increasingly apparent that this regrettable state of affairs is becoming the norm in soccer. Quite frankly, my sympathy is with the owners. If you invested many millions of pounds into a football club, you expect a return on your investment, and if your team manager is not providing value for money, then he rightly becomes surplus to requirements.

Shed no tears for the 'poor' managers. They sign a lucrative contract, then under-achieve, then get justifiably sacked, then get substantial compensation, then go to another club and repeat the failures there, whilst laughing all the way to the bank. It's nice work, if you can get it.

Hypocrisy? your club has changed managers 11 times in the last 14 seasons. Just insane.

Since the end of WW1, 1919, when the FA restarted its 4 tier football league, with Arsenal fc in the 1st div, there’s only ever been one club to have never been relegated from Div 1/ EPL.

Not only did you lose me with your definition of 'hypocrisy' when talking about changing managers (United have sacked one in the last 27 years) but you lost me at "Jurgen Flop".

Since 2010, Klopp has won two German league titles to Mourinho's one in Spain, two German domestic Cups to Mourinho's one, lost to a 90th minute goal in the CL Final to a team that had only lost one match since October the previous year, and this season he has Dortmund in the Cup final and Chelsea are set to go trophy-less. Klopp has been more successful than Mourinho in the last 4 years.

I'll only respond to the Ryan Giggs part to say that you'll find most Manchester United supporters don't want him in a permanent role.
