Simon Grayson declared yesterdays result as "a good point" and to be fair he's probably right. Both teams deserved a point but not all three. An in all fairness both goals were good finishes but were produced by bad defending from both teams. It was typical winter football and probably wasn't the exciting game we've come to expect when the two teams meet.

It was Jason Scotland who scored first yesterday and that goal put the visitors ahead to make the game 1-0. The goal come after substitute Gary Taylor-Fletcher conceded a free kick, the ball was picked up by Scotland who smashed it home from 19 yards out.

This wasn't Swansea's first effort of the game and some would have felt that they deserved to hold a greater lead then they did. After all they'd had lots of possession up until that point and finished the game having had 56% of the possession through out the game. However in front of goal they weren't as prolific as they could be, surely if they invested in January to sign a decent striker; they'd be higher in the league and killing off teams like us. I'm seriously glad they don't have Trundle on there books anymore, or we could have been muller ed.

Saying that Blackpool did have chances as well, Liam Dickinson could of easily scored in the first half had his header been more directed at goal. The one plus from this effort was that we were attacking from corners, Dickinson makes a big difference to our corner play and I hope he stays on for a while longer yet. Although I'm sure TP Writer MR X will disagree.

Alan Gow came on as a sub to rescue a point for the Seasiders, Whether he will stay at Blackpool also remains to be seen, however he scores goals on a regular basis and at the most important times too. Yesterday the Scot scored on the 74th minute after a mazy run into the penalty area to blast the ball into the back of the net.
