Baggies Complete Albrechtsen Signing

West Brom last night completed the signing of FC Copenhagen defender Martin Albrechtsen for what is believed to be a fee of £2.5million. The 24-year-old defender has joined the Baggies to help bolster the squad as Megson prepares the players for life in the Premiership for the second time.

Reports claim that Albion have been tracking Albrechtsen for over a month and the deal was believed to have been completed last night.

The signing of Albrechtsen should be announced today by the club.
