URIAH Rennie has been appointed as the man in charge for Wolves home clash against Millwall at Molineux on Tuesday.

The Official will return to referee a game at Molineux for the first time since his famous "performance" in April 2004 when his poor decisions lead to Wolves fan James Davison racing onto the pitch to confront the official.

Rennie (from Yorkshire) waved away three clear cut penalties during Wolves 2-1 home defeat to Bolton Wanderers in the Barclaycard Premiership on 12 April 2004.

Uriah Rennie had already been the centre of controversy when he amazingly awarded Southampton a penalty (pictured) when Phillips stumbled in the box, despite being more than a foot away from the closest Wolves player, Denis Irwin.

Boss at the time Dave Jones landed himself in hot water after the Southampton game and again after the Bolton game where he said of Rennie in his post match comments "You can’t speak to him; he’s an arrogant man.".

*MEANWHILE Kenny Miller is a doubt for the game against Millwall. The Scottish International lasted just 20 minutes in Wolves 1-1 draw with Luton on Saturday.
