THE Managers reaction from Saturdays game against Leeds United. Hoddle was unhappy after Wolves lost for the first time in 22 games.
HODDLE:
"It is an irritation and is becoming a pattern, because at Southampton we dominated and we got a draw, but we really should have won the game.
"And if that becomes a pattern then it's something I'll be concerned about.
"We could go out and buy a striker, but it's not always as simple as that."
BLACKWELL:
"Wolves are a side who came here with a lot of confidence but that record was there to be beaten.
"It was a record that has been proudly put together by Glenn and his players at Wolves. They were desperate to keep it and I thought they showed that today.
"We changed one or two things during half-time and things were pretty even in the second half.
"But we showed good team spirit and good application when we needed to.
"It's only the fourth game in, although what this will do is give us confidence, particularly beating a side like Wolves."
