Hoddle: I've no interest in Bentley

WOLVES boss Glenn Hoddle was today quick to end speculation linking Wolves with a move for Arsenal Star David Bentley. New Page 1

Wolves were today heavily linked with a move for the Midfielder who spent last season on loan with Norwich after the players agent gave a 'come and get me' plea to Wolves.

Bentleys agent, Rob Segal, told the Express and Star "David's top priority now is to play first-team football and I know the prospect of going to Wolves and working with Glenn Hoddle would be exciting for him."

However Hoddle today ended any chance of a move for Bentley, insisting "There's no interest. He's a great young player but I'm not looking at that position."
