Wolves today announced that Danny Sonner was on a weeks trial at Molineux. Dave Jones is still looking to add to his bosman signing from Brentford in an attempt to find a bargain purchase...
Yes! I know what your thinking, A Bluenose!! Sad as it is, its true. Wolves today said they were taking Northern Ireland International Danny Sonner on a weels trial.
The former Wigan man, did not feature under Brucey The Bluenose's plans, despite being a regular under Trevor Francis, and this with and a mixture of injury problems has seen him become a free agent.
Ward said: "Danny is training with us and may feature in one of the games at the weekend.
"Like the other trialists we have at the moment, he will benefit from being with us and we get to take a look at an experienced player. But there is no commitment on either side."
Sonner will feature in one of Wolves' friendlies on the weekend. Either against Morecombe or Kettering.
