No Announcement As Talks Continue!

TALKS between Wolves and Glenn Hoddle WILL NOT take place today, despite reports suggesting otherwise. New Page 2 New Page 1

The express and star yesterday reported that Hoddle would sign today but Wolves have now confirmed that an agreement has yet to be reached.

Chief Executive Jez Moxey said "We still have a few areas that need to be talked through but I am pleased with the way negotiations are progressing,"

The chief executive also told the clubs official website "I know fans are anxiously waiting for news and as soon as we have something definitive to say we will make an official announcement. Until that time, supporters should be sceptical of any claims that the deal is done and signed."

An announcement now won't be made until the beginning of next week at the very earliest.
