WOLVERHAMPTON Wanderers will "more as quickly and purposely as possible" in a bid to keep former Spurs, England and Chelsea boss Glenn Hoddle at Molineux. New Page 1

It was agreed at the start of Glenn Hoddle's reign that contract talks involving Glenn Hoddle would not begin until the season had finished. However with the season now effectively over Fans are demanding that contract talks start now.

Hoddle has lost just one game in 20 for Wolves and the Molineux club are currently on their longest unbeaten run for over 40 years (14 games).

"We have to demonstrate to our supporters that we are moving as quickly and purposefully as possible," Moxey told Sky Sports News.

"Towards the season's end we'll discuss Glenn's future and once we have sorted that out, hopefully start talking about plans for the team. We've been impressed. He's a quality manager who is beginning to stamp his authority on the team and the team are responding positively to him."

"We've lost one in 20 and many of the draws could easily have been wins. The underlying trend is very positive and this with a team that we were concerned was facing a relegation battle."

It is apparent that the board are happy to keep Hoddle, but it now depends whether Hoddle wants to stay at Molineux for another season.
