MIKKEL Bischoff has returned to Molineux on loan from Manchester City until the end of the season, with view to a permanent deal - More to follow.

MIKKEL Bischoff has returned to Molineux on loan from Manchester City until the end of the season, with view to a permanent deal for an AGREED fee.

Mikkel Bischoff was on loan earlier this season and played 7 goals for the old gold, scoring one goal against Nottingham Forest.

However Bischoff, who made himself a hit with the Molineux Fans during his stay, picked up a shoulder injury during Wolves 2-1 win over Rotherham in November.

The defender has turned down a loan-move to West Ham ahead of his move to Wolves. "We have made approaches for Mikkel before but, under Kevin Keegan, we were knocked back," Jez Moxey told the clubs official website.

"When Kevin left and Stuart Pearce took over, we re-approached the club and a deal was finally agreed last night."

Wolves have paid a hefty loan fee for the services of Bischoff, however this will be deducted from the overall total of an undisclosed transfer fee which could be completed at the end of the season.

"Mikkel did well during his time here earlier in the season but, obviously, that was under a different manager and now Glenn wants the opportunity to see him before we commit to a full transfer." added Moxey.
