WOLVES Boss Glenn Hoddle accused his side
of not having any "desire" as they crashed to their first defeat since
Hoddle took charge.
"Over the course of 90 minutes that is the most disappointing we've been," said
the Wolves boss
"We got what we deserved today - nothing. We didn't show desire when we were not in possession and we didn't have the desire to win the one on one battles. "
"We got what we deserved today - nothing."
"We got outmuscled and we weren't creating anywhere near as many chances as we have been.
"The table doesn't lie and we need to get points first and foremost to get away from the drop zone. To be honest I would prefer next weekend's match to be a league game."
Wolves have now gone seven
games without a win and in his post-match interview Hoddle added that he had
missed out on several targets this month - with the players moving to the
Premiership instead of Molineux.
