CELTIC offer Wolves a record loan-fee for Camara. The Senegal star snubs West Bromwich Albion and Wolves cancel another pre-season game.

Monday 26th July 2004.

* Celtic have offered Wolves a record loan fee for the services of Wolves striker Henri Camara. The bid of £1.2M is the highest bid for a season's long loan in Football history and Wolves are likely to accept the bid.

* Henri Camara has snubbed West Brom by saying "I have no wish to go to West Brom". It is believed that West Brom had offered Wolves £4M for the striker, but Camara has said he has no intention of signing for Wolves rivals, instead the move to Celtic tops his list.

* Wolves Pre-Season game against Kidderminster Harriers on Wednesday has been postponed. Wolves are sending their first team to Mansfield tomorrow night and due to a series of injuries, would not be able to field a side on Wednesday. Wolves have apologised for the late notice.
