WOLVES are in contract negotiations with Romanian International Striker Vio Ganea. The Striker was linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion over the Weekend, but Ganea is set to re-sign for Wolves.

WOLVES are in contract negotiations with Romanian International Striker Vio Ganea. The Striker was linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion over the Weekend, but Ganea is set to re-sign for Wolves.

The Romanian International became an instant hit with the Wolves faithful and chants of "sign him up" were aimed at the Wolves dugout during the 1-1 draw away at Newcastle United in the latter part of last season.

 

However news over the weekend surrounding Vio Ganea indicated that the star may opt for a move back to the Premiership with West Brom, however Ganea's agent today confirmed that Ganea was in talks at Molineux.

 

"I sat down with Jez (Moxey) on Friday and Wolves are very keen to keep Vio, especially with the possibility of Camara leaving." Said Ganea's Agent Gary Williams.

 

Ganea joined on a short-term contract, but should proceedings continue as they have started, Vio Ganea will be wearing gold and black next season.
