WE TAKE a look at what Steve Bruce and Wolves Manager Dave Jones had to say following Sunday's 2-2 draw at St Andrews. Colin Cameron and Carl Cort bagged the Wolves goals.

A point was of no use to either side. Wolves needed three to stand any chance of survival whilst Blues saw their hopes of finishing in Europe dashed.

Wolves Manager Dave Jones:

"For the first 30 minutes we totally dominated the game and it was a great goal from Cams - it would have been a great goal at any level because the movement and the finish were superb," said Jones

"We were guilty of lazy play for both of their goals and we let them get back into it before half-time"

"But we were guilty of lazy play for both of their goals and we let them get back into it before half-time. Then, in the second half, we battled and scrapped and deserved our goal." Jones added

"We could even have taken all three points right at the death when we had a couple of good opportunities but we just lacked that little bit of quality and composure."

Blues Manager Steve Bruce:

"That's another win which has got away from us, the second in as many games." Said Bruce

"I thought we were in total control of that game and had plenty of opportunities to have scored more goals - especially in the last few minutes - but we let Wolves off the hook and we were punished."
