RESULTS WENT for us. It's still not in our hands, but a win at Birmingham closed the gap on Manchester City, moves Wolves above Leicester and then....you just never know.

RESULTS WENT for us. It's still not in our hands, but a win at Birmingham closed the gap on Manchester City, moves Wolves above Leicester and then....you just never know.

In all reality Wolves will not survive this season. Following today's results Wolves are seven points behind Manchester City with a game in hand. However, the results in today's Barclaycard Premiership means that Wolves cannot be relegated at St Andrews tomorrow.

The biggest fear for Wolves was relegation at our rivals Birmingham City, but now that won't happen and Wolves have a chance to leapfrog Leicester and move to within 4 points of safety.

Mark Kennedy will face a late fitness test and Denis Irwin will replace the injured Mark Clyde. Carl Cort and Henri Camara are expected to lead the attack.

Boycott

The Barmy Army, who have filled every away ground this season have decided to boycott the game on Sunday. Fans are incensed at having to pay £38 - the most in the Premiership - to watch the derby. Only 1,900 tickets of the 2,800 allocation have been sold although fans can still buy their tickets from the ticket office in the morning.
