Last Season Dave Jones made his intentions of signing a new keeper, however a keeper didnt arrive, Jones though, will keep searching. Wanderers Way reported a few days ago that Jones was intrested in Ex-Hammers shot stopper Shaka Hislop however Portsmouth may be leading the chase for him, this has forced Jones to turn his eyes somwhere else, in the direction of Coventry shot stopper Magnus Hedman.

The swede is rated very highly and was on International duty on Sunday as Sweden drew 1-1 with England.

Wolves are still without experienced cover for Michael Oakes and Matt Murray is un-tested, should Oakes get an injury Jones feels Murray wouldn`t be up to the job of playing first team football.

Hedman made it clear that he doesn`t want to stop with the Sky Blue`s and Wolves fans may see him as an ideal signing.
